Product description

Kumud makes every reasonable attempt to display the products for sale on its website Kumudgemstones.com appropriately. However, the colours we employ, your device's display and colour capabilities will influence the colours you see on your screen. Kumud cannot guarantee that the colour, texture, or detail of any product displayed on your screens will be true. Furthermore, Kumud makes no representation that the product description or other content is accurate, comprehensive, reliable, current, or error-free.

While Kumud makes every attempt to ensure that our products are appropriately described and priced, Kumud reserves the right to refuse the sale of any item that is believed to be priced incorrectly. Weight variance

The weight or size of gold, diamonds, or other precious metal used to make jewellery items ordered by the customer may vary by 5% in the finished product. The discrepancy, if any, will be attributable to the handcrafted nature of the jewellery product.

The consumer understands and accepts that if they receive a product weighing more than the value paid for, they must bear the cost of any additional material (Gold, Diamond, or any precious metal). Kumud will reimburse the difference if the customer receives a product with a lower product weight than the value paid for.

Content you submit

Kumud is free to use or distribute such donated content for any reason, with or without notice or compensation to you. Kumud is under no obligation to use the provided content or your inputs and may, at its sole discretion, remove any such content or submission at any time. Kumud maintains the right to terminate your access to online mediums anytime and for any reason.

Kumud has a zero-tolerance policy against conflict diamonds. We exclusively buy diamonds from the largest and most respected suppliers, who proudly adhere to and enforce the highest standards. All diamonds supplied by Kumud are purchased from authorized sources and are conflict-free.

No lawful or prohibited use
