Domestic Shipping (India)

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹5,000
• COD available on orders above ₹5,000
• Metro cities: Next Day — 3 Days delivery
• Non-metro: 2–7 Days from dispatch
• Loose gemstones dispatched in 4–5 days; gemstone jewellery in ~21 days

International Shipping

• Free Express Shipping worldwide on orders above ₹1,50,000 (4–7 days)
• Postal shipping (20–30 days) available for orders under ₹50,000 at ₹999 — for Australia, New Zealand & select Asia*
• International express shipping: ₹3,600 for most countries
• Belgium & select EU countries above ₹40,000: ₹8,000 shipping

*Asia eligible countries: Bhutan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia.

Shipment Safety

All shipments are packed in durable, tamper-evident packaging and are fully insured. Insurance cost is included in shipping charges.

Tracking

You will receive a Tracking ID via email as soon as your order is dispatched. All express shipments are fully trackable via DHL, India Post, Sequel, etc.

Custom Duties (International)

Kumud is not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in your country. Currently there is no import duty on loose gemstones in the US, Canada, and Europe.

Restricted Gemstones

Amber and Ammolite are not shipped outside India.
